Customers can view marketing material we provide with instructions. This gives customers options to scan a QR code, visit a URL or SMS a number to start the process.
Customers are then required to enter the phone or email and submit the registration. Each customer that registers is provided with a confirmation screen to show staff.
Other customers within their party can register that patron's details on their behalf. The venue is also provided with instructions on how to do this for such customers.
The regulations apply to hospitality venues including restaurants and cafes that are classified as Class 2 under the Food Act that can offer table service.
If a customer at the venue is in breach of the directions issued by the Chief Health Officer or is not cooperating, a business has the right to refuse entry to customers or ask them to leave.

The Covid Check-In Bot comes with any 3rd party programs included for the 3 months or until regulations are lifted - whichever comes first. The pricing for these programs starts from $50 per month.
